What creatine is
Creatine is a compound your body already makes and stores mostly in skeletal muscle, where it plays a role in the rapid energy system used during short, hard efforts. You also get small amounts from food, principally red meat and fish.
What to look for in a creatine
Creatine is close to a commodity, which makes the questions worth asking quite narrow: what form is it, how much is in a serving, and is that independently verified? We state the serving on every jar and will publish the verified label information on the product page.
