Two jars, four flavours
IGNITE comes as a jar of 30 sachets (480 g net) or a jar of 15 sachets (240 g net). Either jar can be split across all four flavours — and IGNITE sachets go only in an IGNITE jar.
Blue Ice and Raspberry are the DAILY formula. Black Cherry and Sour Green Apple are MAX. One jar can hold both, so an ordinary session and a hard one don't have to be the same serving.

What a pre-workout is
A pre-workout is taken shortly before training. Most formulas are built around a stimulant — usually caffeine — alongside ingredients intended to support endurance or focus during a session.
The important thing when comparing any pre-workout is whether the label states the amount of each ingredient per serving. A proprietary blend that lists ingredients without their doses tells you nothing about whether any of them are present in a meaningful quantity.

Can IGNITE sachets go in a protein jar?
No. IGNITE sachets are made only for the IGNITE jar, and Spark sachets only for the Modular Whey System.
Does mixing flavours change the price?
No. The price follows the jar, not the mix — a 30-sachet jar costs the same whether it holds one flavour or all four.
What does a pre-workout actually do?
Pre-workout supplements are taken before training to support focus and perceived energy during a session. The effect of any given product depends entirely on its formulation and dosages, which is why those should always be published per serving rather than hidden in a proprietary blend.
