What a pre-workout is
A pre-workout is taken shortly before training. Most formulas are built around a stimulant — usually caffeine — alongside ingredients intended to support endurance or focus during a session. Caffeine is the one component with a long and well-documented history of use in this context.
The important thing when comparing any pre-workout is whether the label states the amount of each ingredient per serving. A proprietary blend that lists ingredients without their doses tells you nothing about whether any of them are present in a meaningful quantity.
Why IGNITE is modular
Pre-workout has the same flavour fatigue problem as protein, and arguably worse: it is a strongly flavoured drink taken on your least enthusiastic days. Committing a whole tub to one flavour is how a pre-workout ends up unfinished.
IGNITE follows the SCHMIEDE structure instead. You choose the jar size, then distribute its sachets across the available flavours however you like. The jar is the retail product; the sachets are what is inside it; the price follows the jar, not the mix.

Will IGNITE use the same sachet system as Sparks?
Yes. The jar is the product you buy and the sachets are its contents, exactly as with the SCHMIEDE whey range, so you can hold more than one flavour in a single jar.
